[Breaking News] Both directions of Jeungsan Bridge underpass in Seodaemun-gu blocked due to heavy rain

[Financial News]  On the 17th at 6:53 AM, the Jeungsan Bridge underpass in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul was blocked due to rain.
Seoul Traffic Information Center TOPIS advised to detour as the Jeungsan Bridge∼Jungam Bridge underpass in both directions was blocked due to rain.
