'KOSPI 3200 Recovery Fails' Ends Lower at 3180 Level [fn Closing Market]

[Financial News] The KOSPI index failed to recover the 3200 line and closed lower on the 16th.
On this day, the KOSPI finished trading at 3186.38, down 28.90p (0.90%) from the previous trading day. The KOSPI, which started trading at 3207.48, down 0.24% from the previous day, rose to 3209.20 at one point during the day but fell back to the 3180 line as the decline widened.
In the stock market, foreigners and individuals net bought 26.8 billion won and 429.9 billion won, respectively. On the other hand, institutions sold about 552.7 billion won.
The KOSDAQ index closed at 812.23, down 0.65p (0.08%) from the previous session. In the KOSDAQ market, foreigners and institutions showed a selling advantage of 74.3 billion won and 64.8 billion won, respectively, while individuals net bought 153 billion won.
