JobKorea, Strategic Partnership with Blind. JobKorea

[Financial News] AI·Data-based HR Tech platform JobKorea has announced on the 16th that it has formed a strategic partnership with the workplace social platform Blind and will integrate its AI matching announcements into the Blind app.
Through this collaboration, JobKorea will exclusively operate the 'Recruitment' tab within the Blind app, providing its AI-based matching service 'OnePick' announcements. Blind users can view and apply for carefully selected announcements by JobKorea with just one click through the app's recruitment tab.
Blind is a representative workplace community that only employees who verify their current employment status can join. As of June, the number of subscribers reached 13 million. The average daily usage time is 40 minutes, and users aged 25-44 account for 81%, making it highly regarded as a core job-seeking demographic with high demand for job changes.
Through this alliance, JobKorea plans to enhance the exposure effect of recruitment information and increase application rates by combining a highly reliable network based on employees of large corporations and public institutions with AI matching capabilities.
JobKorea's 'OnePick' is a service developed based on its generative AI solution 'LOOP Ai'. It supports precise matching between job seekers and job announcements. As of the first quarter of 2024, the number of applications through OnePick increased by 71% compared to the same period last year, and the number of companies utilizing it and the actual number of successful applicants also increased by 44% each. To date, it has surpassed 2.8 million cumulative applications and 74 million announcement views.
Kim Won-ki, Head of New Business Development Team at JobKorea, said, “This collaboration with Blind is expected to significantly enhance the quality and accessibility of recruitment information by combining a highly reliable community based on actual employees with JobKorea's AI matching capabilities.”
He added, “We will continue to provide practical job opportunities to more job seekers through open collaboration with various platforms in the future.”
Meanwhile, JobKorea is also steadily pursuing alliances to expand access to recruitment information, such as integrating announcements from the part-time job platform Albamon into the mobile financial platform Toss.
