[Financial News] HDC Hyundai Development, which is pursuing the construction rights for the Bangbae Sin Samho reconstruction project in Seocho-gu, Seoul, has partnered with Samsung C&T Resort Division to propose differentiated premium landscaping.
HDC Hyundai Development announced on the 16th, "Through a strategic alliance with Samsung C&T Resort Division, which possesses world-class landscaping specialization, we plan to introduce premium landscaping that surpasses One Bailey."
This collaboration is described as a combination to implement a high-end community strategy beyond simple landscape design.
Samsung C&T Resort Division, which has led the domestic landscaping industry by carrying out various projects such as the nation's largest theme park Everland in Yongin, large-scale apartment complexes, luxury resorts, and parks, is set to showcase the nation's top-level landscaping community space with HDC Hyundai Development at Bangbae Sin Samho, following the Yongsan Maintenance Depot.
According to detailed plans, the piloti, which will be approximately 7.5~10m high at the main building of Bangbae Sin Samho, allows for a sense of openness within the complex as well as privacy protection for residents. The corridor-like promenade, spanning a total of 325m across the complex, is implemented as a living gallery combining landscaping, art, and architecture, beyond a simple passage space.
The theme plaza, consisting of 'Nature Square', 'Art Square', and 'Community Square', is designed as a resident relaxation space where various community activities are possible, and at the center of the resident community is the 'Lumiere Garden', which features landscaping at the level of a top-class hotel.
Bangbae Sin Samho is transforming into a reconstruction project with a total of approximately 920 households, and the general meeting for selecting the construction company is scheduled to be held on July 26th. HDC Hyundai Development has named the complex 'THE SQUARE 270' and plans to set new standards in premium landscaping specialization and community space composition, following the specialized design of the exterior and floor plan with Samsung C&T Resort Division.
An HDC Hyundai Development representative explained, "We have started strategic collaboration with Samsung C&T Resort Division for the specialization of the landscaping sector, which is a key element in determining the future value of the complex after completion," adding, "The strategy is to enhance the aesthetic completeness of the complex, the quality of life of the residents, and the value and identity of the complex through landscaping alone."
