[Financial News] It was announced on the 16th that 'The Parkside Suite', the first residential product of the ultra-luxury mixed-use development project 'The Parkside Seoul', located on the site of the Yongsan United Nations Command, considered the last prime location in downtown Seoul, recorded a maximum subscription competition ratio of 41 to 1.
According to Eleven Construction and Subscription Home, a total of 1,296 people applied for the subscription held the previous day, with a total of 775 rooms being recruited, recording an average competition ratio of 1.67 to 1. The highest competition ratio was recorded in Group 5 (Penthouse), which recorded a maximum of 41 to 1, attracting the interest of high-income real demand.
This subscription was divided and received according to the exclusive area: △Group 1 (53~56㎡) △Group 2 (61~69㎡) △Group 3 (70~84㎡) △Group 4 (94~105㎡) △Group 5 (183~185㎡ Penthouse).
Among them, Group 5, in particular, is a penthouse with a permanent view of Yongsan Park, highlighting scarcity and independence, attracting demand from wealthy individuals.
Group 1 focused on applications from 1-2 person households and real residence demand, and especially some units gained high popularity due to the locational advantage of having a permanent view of Yongsan Park.
Group 4 also closed with an excellent competition ratio, focusing on units that secured a view of Yongsan Park in the medium to large size range, attracting the choice of real demand. The competition ratio for 'residents first' was 10.5 to 1.
Eleven Construction, which is promoting the project, explained, "The high interest from high-income individuals continued as it is a mixed-use city where global brands are concentrated in the last golden location adjacent to Yongsan Park."
'The Parkside Seoul' will have the entire commercial facility of approximately 16,470㎡ planned and developed by Shinsegae Department Store. It will be completed as a premium mixed-use retail hub combining high-end F&B, lifestyle, and cultural content.
The new retail applied with the Shinsegae brand is directly connected to the resident-exclusive community 'The Parkside Club by Rosewood Seoul', implementing a domestically unprecedented level of mixed-use development model where residence, consumption, and culture are organically combined.
Residents of 'The Parkside Suite' will use community facilities directly operated by the ultra-luxury hotel brand Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
This space is composed of private dining, a hydrotherapy pool, fitness, and a golf room, designed to enjoy global-level services and spatial experiences in everyday life.
'The Parkside Suite' is created with a total of 775 rooms, ranging from 53 to 185㎡, with private balconies and optional room structures applied to all units, allowing space utilization tailored to various lifestyles.
Inside, △Molteni Dada Kitchen, Miele, De Dietrich, Sirius built-in appliances △Toto, Kohler, Jesse bathroom fixtures △Italy's top three tiles △Germany's Schuco windows, etc., the world's top-grade finishes are applied to all units.
In addition, a futuristic residence maximizing privacy and convenience is implemented through advanced smart systems such as AI robot value services, security, cleaning, delivery robots, and an integrated town app.
The announcement of the winners will be on the 18th, and the contract signing will take place on the 20th to 21st at 'The Parkside Seoul Gallery' in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
