[Financial News] A middle-aged man in his 50s has become a hot topic after successfully dieting with the help of generative AI (ChatGPT).

According to the American health magazine 'Men's Fitness' on the 16th, 56-year-old Cody Cron revealed his process of losing about 11kg over 46 days on YouTube. The video has surpassed 200,000 views and 10,000 'likes', drawing significant attention.

Cron gained a lot of weight after falling into depression following an injury from a motorcycle accident. Unable to engage in activities he enjoyed due to pain, he became more lethargic.

He confessed, "I turned 56 on April 1st, and felt ashamed of my reflection in the mirror after a shower."

Instead of seeking a gym or personal trainer, Cron explained his situation and limitations to ChatGPT and requested a customized exercise and nutrition plan.

He strictly followed the exercise program designed by AI for 46 days, using only basic home training equipment like kettlebells, jump ropes, pull-up bars, dip stations, and resistance bands.

The program created by AI included a strict routine of two natural meals a day, sufficient sleep and sun exposure, and taking supplements.

Cron's day started every morning at 4:30 AM. He drank water and black coffee before beginning his workout.

His meals consisted of two whole grain meals a day, with long fasting periods designated. He was also advised to avoid food intake after 5 PM and to exclude processed foods, sugar, oils, and dairy from his meals.

Additionally, he drank more than 4 liters of water a day, got plenty of sunlight, and avoided using electronic devices before going to bed.

After 46 days, Cron successfully reduced his weight from 209 pounds (94.8kg) to 183.8 pounds (83.4kg), losing 11.4kg, and reported significant improvements in strength and stamina.

He stated, "I relied entirely on AI for training, diet, and recovery management for 46 days, and the transformation was shocking. I was able to transform from a fat body to a fit body with just an AI tool, without a professional trainer."
