【Financial News Suwon=Jang Chung-sik Reporter】Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Economic Science Promotion Agency announced on the 15th that they are recruiting companies to participate in the '2025 Northeast Region Gyeonggi Startup Innovation Space Open Ground' to foster startups in the northeast region until the 31st.
'Open Ground' is a program designed to promote cooperation among private companies, public institutions, and startups, creating a new startup ecosystem and supporting innovative growth of startups.
This year, the operation area of Open Ground has been expanded compared to last year, and it will be conducted in five areas: Eastern, Southwestern, Northeastern, Northwestern, and Western regions.
The target for this recruitment is technology startups established within 7 years, with headquarters, branches, research institutes, or factories registered or planned to be registered in four areas: Guri, Pocheon, Namyangju, and Gapyeong, and a total of 50 companies will be selected.
This program will be conducted at the Northeast Region Gyeonggi Startup Innovation Space located in Guri City, and selected companies can receive support such as 1:1 customized mentoring, basic and advanced capability enhancement training, industry-specific seminars, IR consulting, and investment linkage.
Companies can apply until the 31st, and detailed schedules and application methods can be found on the Gyeonggi Startup Platform website.
