Prestigious University Club President in His 20s Caught Filming in Bathroom During University Club MT

[Financial News]  A club president in his 20s was caught by the police for illegally filming a fellow university club member at the MT location.

On the 14th, the Women's and Juvenile Crime Investigation Unit of the Gyeonggi Northern Police Agency announced that they had booked a man in his 20s, Mr. A, without detention on charges of using a camera for illegal filming under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes.

Mr. A, the president of a club at a famous university in Seoul, is accused of installing a mobile phone in the bathroom of a pension in Daeseong-ri, Cheongpyeong-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, around 4 a.m. on the 12th to illegally film club members.

At that time, students found the mobile phone mounted in the bathroom suspicious and reported it to the police. The police, who responded to the report, checked the footage on Mr. A's mobile phone and arrested him in the act.

The footage found on Mr. A's mobile phone reportedly contained images of students who came to the MT together.

The police are conducting forensic work on Mr. A's mobile phone and investigating the circumstances of the incident.
