Guide for Pre-Review Tool for Demolition Plan Appropriateness. Provided by Gukto Anjeon Gwanliwon

[Financial News] Gukto Anjeon Gwanliwon announced on the 14th that it has distributed a 'Pre-Review Tool for Demolition Plan Appropriateness' to help the author self-review the appropriateness of the demolition plan submitted during building demolition (removal).
The appropriateness rate of the building demolition plans being reviewed by the management was 34.1% in 2023 and is trending upwards to 54.0% in 2024. However, nearly half of the plans still fail to receive an appropriate judgment.
The pre-review tool produced and distributed by the management this time was prepared to further increase the appropriateness rate of demolition plans, which are expected to have more demand due to the increase in buildings over 30 years old.
The pre-review tool is designed to review the appropriateness of four items, including the overturning and lifting capacity of mobile cranes, the safety of rigging equipment, and the working capacity of excavators, which often receive poor judgment or require supplementation during the management's review process.
In Excel file format, if you input information such as △the self-weight of the mobile crane △the weight of the lifted object △the ground condition, the result of the overturning safety review of the mobile crane is automatically calculated. The author can refer to this result to supplement the insufficient parts of the plan.
The pre-review tool can be downloaded by anyone from the management's website. The usage guide for each demolition equipment item to aid user understanding can be found on the management's YouTube.
