Eugene Corporation announced on the 14th that it has launched 'ConLive', a digital platform that allows construction companies and ready-mix concrete manufacturers to integrate ready-mix concrete management tasks, for the first time in the domestic ready-mix concrete industry.
The main functions of the platform include △Quality Management △Shipment Management △General Management. Construction companies can check quality data such as the suitability of ready-mix concrete mixing standards, measurement values, and error rates through real-time superprint data. Efficient quality management is possible as it is managed with digital data instead of the traditional manual recording method.
With real-time location tracking of mixer trucks and arrival time prediction functions, shipment requests or cancellations can be easily handled. If there are any changes related to shipment, they are automatically shared with relevant parties through the messaging function, preventing delays in concrete pouring, missed deliveries, and wrong deliveries in advance.
The delivery performance of ready-mix concrete manufacturers, shipment information by supplier, and communication history can also be systematically managed. A customized user interface (UI) tailored to each construction company's headquarters, site, and ready-mix concrete manufacturer is provided to enhance user convenience and accessibility.
