【Financial News Jeonju=Kang In Reporter】 Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province and Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Provincial Council held the 'Integrity Jeonbuk Implementation Agreement Ceremony' at the provincial office on the 14th.

The two institutions decided to use the agreement ceremony as a starting point for administrative and legislative unity centered on the value of integrity.

The agreement includes creating a regional integrity culture, implementing transparent administration, and joint efforts to prevent and eradicate abuse of power.

Kim Gwan-young, Governor of Jeonbuk Province, said, "Integrity is the most important basic value that public officials must have," and "We will create an honest and transparent administration to ensure that the rights and interests of residents are not violated due to the wrong practices of the public sector."

Moon Seung-woo, Chairman of the Jeonbuk Provincial Council, also said, "(The council) will do its best to faithfully perform its original role of checks and balances while continuing honest and trustworthy legislative activities."

Jeonbuk Province plans to invite the Director of the Anti-Corruption Bureau of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission on the 18th to conduct integrity education for senior officials, and the provincial council plans to hold integrity education and a council member integrity pledge ceremony for provincial council members and staff of the provincial council office on the 16th.
