[Financial News]  Former President Yun Seok-yeol was re-arrested, and it is known that the deposit account (custody money) has reached the limit of 4 million won. This comes a day after Kim Gyeri, the legal representative of former President Yun, disclosed the custody account number on her social networking service (SNS).
"Yun entered without cash".. After account disclosure, 4 million won limit reached

Lawyer Kim wrote on Facebook on the 11th, "It is unlikely that the President would carry cash, so he entered without a penny and couldn't buy anything." She continued, "I hurriedly deposited the custody money after hearing that it had to be deposited by 4 PM on Friday to purchase custody items before the weekend," and disclosed the related account number along with her remittance details.

Regarding the delay in the custody money transfer, she said, "I heard that the deposit couldn't be made because a formal inmate number wasn't assigned," and "the inmate number was issued only on the night of the 10th, and everyone was busy with the search and seizure on the morning of the 11th."

It is reported that former President Yun's custody money reached the limit of 4 million won a day after the account number was disclosed. Lawyer Kim also shared a remittance notification message stating 'The transaction amount exceeds the maximum limit' and said, "It's difficult to accurately verify the administrative part," and "I will inquire at the detention center on Monday and inform you again."

According to the Ministry of Justice's guidelines for managing custody funds, custody money can be received regardless of the amount. The amount a single inmate can use is limited to 4 million won. Amounts exceeding the limit are kept in a personal account in the inmate's name and paid upon release.

According to regulations, former President Yun can use 20,000 won per day of custody money at the detention center. However, the usage limit is restricted to purchasing food. Costs for purchasing medicines, clothing, and bedding are excluded.
Yun, refuses second summons for rebellion special investigation due to health reasons

Meanwhile, former President Yun refused the second summons request by the rebellion special investigation on the 14th.

Previously, in the early morning of the 10th, the court issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Yun Seok-yeol, and the rebellion special investigation notified Mr. Yun to appear at 2 PM on the 11th. However, Mr. Yun submitted a non-appearance statement citing 'health reasons' and did not show up.
