[Financial News] Shinhan Bank announced on the 14th that it has been selected as the 1st place company in the banking sector for 12 consecutive years and in the private banking (PB) sector for 18 consecutive years in the '2025 Premium Brand Index (KS-PBI)'.
The Premium Brand Index is a brand value evaluation model jointly developed by the Korea Standards Association and Seoul National University Business School. Since 2008, it has been selecting and announcing the best premium brands in each field through large-scale consumer surveys every year.
Shinhan Bank was recognized for providing differentiated financial services through 'digital innovation' under the goal of 'Value-up Together! A solid bank growing towards the future through innovation in its core business!' and was selected as 1st place in the banking sector for '12 consecutive years'.
In particular, it received high evaluations in various areas such as △ 'SOL Travel Check Card' providing tailored benefits focusing on diverse customer needs △ 'SOL Meeting Account' enhancing financial convenience for meeting management customers △ 'Danggeoyo' delivery app providing mutual benefits to customers, merchants, and delivery riders △ inclusive financial activities improving accessibility for financially marginalized groups in the digital finance era.
'Shinhan Premier' was recognized for providing various solutions with 'customer-centric' as the top priority value as a brand integrating the asset management area of Shinhan Financial Group, and was selected as 1st place in the PB sector for '18 consecutive years'.
In particular, it received high evaluations for providing asset management tailored to customer expectations through △ Shinhan Premier Lounge/Branches, a comprehensive asset management channel for retail customers' financial and investment products △ Shinhan Premier PWM offering customized services for high-net-worth individuals △ Shinhan Premier Family Office providing services for wealth growth and succession of individuals, families, and clans △ Shinhan Premier PIB offering IB solutions such as corporate finance (IB) products, IPO, M&A for institutional investor-level companies △ Shinhan Premier Pathfinder, an asset management expert group composed of top experts in each field.
