[Financial News] Seoul City announced on the 14th that it is recruiting nationwide architecture, urban, environment, and landscape-related universities (graduate schools) to participate in the '3rd University Cooperation Moa Housing · Moa Town Project' until August 18.
This project links university courses with Seoul City's 'Moa Town' policy, allowing students to discover actual sites and propose creative design plans. Seoul City gains innovative policy ideas, while students gain practical experience in this win-win project.
Moa Town is a small-scale housing maintenance management area that groups and manages plans for old low-rise residential areas under 100,000㎡ where large-scale redevelopment is difficult.
This competition is open to all nationwide universities (graduate schools) that can link with the second half of the academic curriculum, and individual applications by college within the same university are possible.
Professors at interested universities (graduate schools) should prepare the required documents and submit them via email by August 18. Detailed information and application forms can be found on the Seoul City website under 'Moa Housing Moa Town' and 'Announcements', and inquiries can be made to the Strategic Housing Supply Division (02-2133-8240).
Seoul City plans to select a total of 8 universities or so through document screening and provide a project execution fee of up to 15 million won per university.
After the course ends, an award ceremony will be held to present the Seoul Mayor's Award to outstanding teams, and the results will be showcased to the public through an exhibition.
