[Financial News] Hyosung Heavy Industries' 'Harrington Place Pungmu' model house in Pungmu-dong, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do attracted 15,000 visitors during the first weekend of its opening. It is evaluated as proving the high interest of end-users and investors.
Despite the heatwave, a waiting line was formed in front of the model house before opening, and inside the units and consultation seats were crowded with visitors carefully examining the complex design and subscription conditions.
A sales representative said, "As a brand town located in the Pungmu Station area with all infrastructure in the Pungmu-dong living zone, and with Hyosung Heavy Industries' excellent brand premium, many inquiries are continuing," adding, "It has attractive conditions for both end-users and investors, such as a 5% down payment, a 6-month resale restriction, and the possibility of duplicate applications." He also added, "The fact that you can own a home for the price of a Seoul lease, especially attracts visitors and inquiries from Seoul's western districts such as Gangseo-gu."
'Harrington Place Pungmu' is located in the Pungmu Yangdo District Urban Development Project 1~3BL in Gimpo, and is composed of a total of 18 buildings, with 1769 units, from 3 basement floors to 29 floors above ground. Among them, 1573 units are for general sale, and 196 units are planned to be supplied later as private rentals.
The subscription starts with a special supply on the 14th, followed by priority on the 15th and secondary on the 16th. The announcement of winners is made by block on the 22nd (2·3BL) and 23rd (1BL), allowing duplicate applications, and the legitimate contract is conducted for 3 days from August 4th to 6th.
The complex reduces the initial financial burden by lowering the down payment to 5%, and anyone residing in the metropolitan area who has been a member of the subscription account for more than 6 months can apply regardless of home ownership or winning history.
The complex boasts a pleasant residential environment by securing open views and sunlight with a low building coverage ratio and south-facing building arrangement, and a wide landscape area is secured to create abundant green space. The interior of the units features high-end finishes, and efficient storage spaces such as entrance and hallway pantries, dressing rooms, and alpha rooms (varies by type) are provided to maximize convenience.
The landscape design and construction involve the Green Space Solution team (GSS team) of Samsung C&T Resort Division, which has won multiple awards in domestic and international design awards, raising expectations. Each block has a unique themed landscape space planned, and all blocks have water spaces placed at the center, with distinctive water playgrounds and theme gardens created in each complex. The rich planting using various tree species such as cherry trees and zelkova trees, and the circular walking path that softly connects the complex, provide a leisurely walking environment where nature can be enjoyed even in the city.
Additionally, community facilities include public community facilities that support family life, such as daycare centers, senior centers, and all-together care centers, established in each block. Considering the diverse lifestyles of residents, the facilities are composed of spaces closely related to daily life such as leisure, learning, and exercise. A fitness center, GX room, golf practice range and screen golf, small library, kids' ground, creative studio, study cafe, and book cafe are provided to offer an environment where culture and hobbies can be enjoyed in daily life.
The model house is located in the Pungmu-dong area of Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do.
