[Financial News] Broadcaster Seo Yuri has stepped up to correct the rumors about her debt.

Seo Yuri explained on her social networking service (SNS) on the 13th, "Phew, it seems strange stories are circulating again, stop asking," adding, "I sold assets like my house to pay back about 1.1 billion won, and the remaining 200 million won was paid off by working hard on advertisements and broadcasts."

Seo Yuri appeared on a YouTube channel on the 25th of last month and revealed, "The debt is not 1 billion won but almost 2 billion won, I've paid back about 1.3 billion won now and have also liquidated assets." Regarding the surrounding opinions suggesting bankruptcy filing, she also conveyed, "I have responsibility too, since I lent my name, of course, I should take full responsibility and pay it back."

Additionally, Seo Yuri clarified regarding the 'Excel Broadcast'. Excel Broadcast is a show where BJs (internet broadcast hosts) compete by performing provocative dances to receive 'star balloon' donations, and recently, Seo Yuri's appearance on an Excel Broadcast has spread online, causing controversy.

In response, Seo Yuri strongly stated, "I appeared on the rumored Excel Broadcast just 4 times, received exactly 5 million won for those 4 appearances," adding, "It's not that much money, so let's stop spreading false rumors."

Moreover, unlike her usual request not to make articles out of her SNS, Seo Yuri expressed that this time it's okay to write articles or spread online, revealing her frustration with the rumors.
