[Financial News] The first residential complex of the ultra-luxury mixed-use complex 'The Parkside Seoul', located on the site of the Yongsan United Nations Command, which is evaluated as the last golden land in downtown Seoul, will start accepting subscription applications on the 15th.
Subscription is possible through the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription home and smartphone app, and applications are accepted from 9 AM to 5 PM. Anyone can apply without a subscription account, and only one application per person is allowed. Duplicate applications will be invalidated.
The subscription deposit is △1~4 groups 3 million won △5 group (185㎡, 183㎡) 30 million won. The results of the subscription will be announced after 4 PM on the 18th, and the contract signing will take place from the 20th to the 21st at 'The Parkside Seoul Gallery' located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
'The Parkside Suite' is the only residential complex facing Yongsan Park, which is being created as the Korean version of Central Park with a scale of about 3 million square meters. Like Central Park in New York and Hyde Park in London, the location allows you to live with a view of a super-large park in the middle of the city, which is an irreplaceable asset in Seoul, and is evaluated as a 'perpetual asset' whose value does not diminish over time.
It is adjacent to large-scale development sites such as Noksapyeong Station and Itaewon Station on Line 6, Hannam New Town, Camp Kim, and Yongsan Maintenance Depot, and is attracting attention as the central axis of future urban development in Seoul. The location premium is further enhanced in conjunction with the development of the international business district and the creation of Yongsan Park.
'The Parkside Suite' is where the global ultra-luxury hotel brand Rosewood Hotels & Resorts enters Korea for the first time and directly operates a community exclusively for residents, providing hotel-grade facilities and services such as private dining rooms, fitness, sauna, hydrotherapy pool, and golf club.
In addition, the commercial facilities within the complex are planned and developed entirely by Shinsegae Department Store with a dedicated area of 16,470 square meters, completing a premium retail hub where high-end F&B, lifestyle brands, and cultural content are harmonized. This commercial facility, which applies the Shinsegae brand, is directly connected underground to the resident-exclusive community, realizing a new mixed-use city model where living, consumption, and culture naturally blend.
'The Parkside Suite' has a total of 775 units with exclusive areas ranging from 53 to 185 square meters, and all units feature private balconies, with some floor plans designed for views of Yongsan Park. The introduction of optional room structures that can be used for various spaces such as home office, guest room, and study allows for flexible space configuration to suit lifestyles.
The interior finishes include Dada kitchens from the Italian Molteni&C group, built-in appliances from Miele, De Dietrich, and Sirius. Bathrooms use global brands such as TOTO from Japan, GESSI from Italy, and KOHLER from the USA, and the walls and floors apply the top three Italian tile brands. Windows from the German Schüco are applied to all units, satisfying insulation, soundproofing, security, and design.
Additionally, advanced smart systems such as AI robot valet parking, AI security, delivery, and cleaning robots are applied, completing a futuristic high-end residence that encompasses privacy, convenience, and safety. All these systems can be integrated and controlled through the resident-exclusive 'The Parkside Seoul Town App'.
An official from Eleven Construction said, "The Parkside Suite is a premium residential space differentiated in location, brand, design, and service, and this subscription is an opportunity to preempt the new future mixed-use city in downtown Seoul," adding, "It will be a starting point to own a future asset and lifestyle that maintains its value over time, beyond simple sales."
Meanwhile, the housing exhibition hall for The Parkside Suite is prepared at 'The Parkside Seoul Gallery' in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and operates on a reservation basis.
