12 Representative Works from 12 Arab Countries to be Screened
[Financial News] The only Arab Film Festival in Korea, where you can experience the culture of Arab countries, will be held at the Busan Cinema Center.
The Busan Cinema Center announced on the 14th that the '14th Arab Film Festival' will be held from the 18th to the 23rd.

The festival, under the theme 'A Step Closer into Arab Life', will introduce 12 selected films representing 22 Arab countries. Nine feature films and three short films produced in 12 Arab countries, including Lebanon, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia, will be screened, offering a glimpse into vibrant Arab local culture.
This year's opening film is 'Arje', a co-production of Lebanon and Egypt. The film depicts the journey of a single mother, Arje, to retrieve her stolen scooter.
Also screening are 'Where Do I Belong', a co-production of Tunisia, France, and Canada, 'Finding Rambo's Resting Place', a co-production of Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and 'Parkour from the Ruins', a co-production of Palestine and Qatar. 'Salma's House', where three women in Jordan overcome differences and find ways to survive despite uncomfortable truths, and 'Small Happiness', a story of two girls growing up amidst female solidarity in Morocco, are also featured.
The opening ceremony will be held on the afternoon of the 18th. Special lectures are scheduled after the screenings of 'Arje' and 'Parkour from the Ruins' at 2:30 PM on the 19th and 20th, providing an in-depth look into Arab culture.
