Urban Maintenance '3 Trillion Club' in Sight, 'Developer Capability' Fully Demonstrated
According to the maintenance industry on the 14th, the cumulative urban maintenance contract amount for HDC Hyundai Development Company this month is approximately 2.8272 trillion won. This figure surpasses last year's annual contract amount of 1.3331 trillion won for HDC Hyundai Development Company, and it is known that they have already exceeded their self-set annual target.
HDC Hyundai Development Company anticipates that the cumulative contract amount will exceed 3 trillion won soon, depending on the results of the Banpo Shin Samho reconstruction general meeting scheduled for the end of this month and the second half of the year core area maintenance project contracts in Seoul.
This year, in the first half, HDC Hyundai Development Company consecutively won contracts for major maintenance projects in metropolitan cities, including △Gangwon Wonju Dangae Jugong Reconstruction (436.9 billion won) △Busan Gwang-an 4 District Redevelopment (419.6 billion won) △Busan Yeonsan 10 District Redevelopment (445.3 billion won). In Seoul, they consecutively secured △Yongsan Maintenance Depot Zone 1 Redevelopment (924.4 billion won) △Mia 9-2 District Reconstruction (298.8 billion won) △Sindang 10 District Redevelopment (302.2 billion won).
This success is attributed to the significant impact of winning the 'Yongsan Maintenance Depot' contract. The target project was a large-scale complex development project in the central area of Seoul, which attracted attention as the largest urban maintenance project in Seoul in the first half of the year, including high-rise residential, office, and commercial facilities, thus strengthening the push for a full-fledged expansion strategy encompassing both Gangnam and Gangbuk in Seoul.
HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to actively participate in large-scale maintenance project contract competitions, including the Banpo Shin Samho reconstruction in the second half of the year, as well as Seongsu District 1 and Songpa Hanyang 2nd Phase.
