[Financial News] Koramco Asset Trust announced on the 14th that it will review the management performance of the first half of the year and select outstanding employees and organizations in each sector to promote overseas training.
Even during the recession in the commercial real estate market, there is a strong drive to enhance employee expertise.
Last month, Koramco announced 'VISION 2030' to achieve 50 trillion won in assets under management (AUM) and 50 billion won in new trust contracts, and selected employee expertise and global competitiveness enhancement as key strategies to achieve this goal early by 2028.
To this end, Koramco plans to select outstanding employees monthly and semi-annually from this month and have them visit major overseas real estate markets such as Japan, Singapore, and Australia to build local networks and use them as a foundation for long-term growth.
In particular, by experiencing Japan's complex development and Singapore's REITs industry on-site, the company aims to enhance expertise in discovering new investment opportunities in the domestic commercial real estate market.
Koramco will also conduct regular rewards and additional growth support programs for outstanding talents according to the principle of 'performance must be rewarded.' Through this, the company plans to create an environment where employees can develop their expertise independently with a sense of ownership.
Meanwhile, Koramco is also conducting an internship program for university graduates and prospective graduates. A total of 24 interns were selected and assigned to each department on this day. After the assignment, they will receive practical education with mentor employees and have the opportunity to participate directly in various deal projects to grow into real estate finance experts.
Koramco Asset Trust CEO Jeong Seung-hoe said, "Until now, Koramco has been a performance-oriented organizational system, but in the future, it will be transformed into an investor-centered specialized system-based organization," and "To meet the company's mission of providing continuous and differentiated performance through investor-centered management, we will generously support employees to have a higher sense of ownership and grow into global experts."
