Toss, 'MinSaeng Recovery Consumption Coupon' Guide Service...Pre-application?

[Financial News] Toss (operator Viva Republica) announced that it will accept pre-applications for the 'MinSaeng Recovery Consumption Coupon' guide service starting from the 14th.
This is part of the National Secretary Service operated by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. Toss, as a public-private partnership operator, provides users with a guide service related to consumption coupons.
Users who apply for the service will be pre-informed about the payment amount, application method, and usage period over two days starting from the 19th. After that, during the payment application period starting from the 21st, notifications will be sent according to the user's birth year schedule to facilitate smooth application for consumption coupons.
When the payment application period begins, users can select the card company to receive the consumption coupon and move to the respective card company's application page. Additional guidance will be provided before the usage period expires to ensure that the consumption coupon is not missed.
The service can be applied for by searching for 'MinSaeng Recovery Consumption Coupon' in the entire tab at the bottom of the Toss app or by selecting 'Public Notification' in the 'Civil Affairs' menu within all services.
