30,000 Visitors Despite Heatwave... First Appearance of L'Ell in Busan Draws 'Crowds'

[Financial News] Lotte Construction is receiving subscriptions this month for the 'L'Ell Riverpark Centum Gallery', the first high-end brand 'L'Ell' to be supplied in Busan. Consequently, many visitors came to the model house last weekend.
Lotte Construction announced on the 14th that over 33,000 people visited the L'Ell Riverpark Centum Gallery from its opening on the 11th until the weekend. 
Visitors showed great interest in the massive luxury community 'Salon de L'Ell', which spans a total of 3,300 pyeong, and features such as the Riverview Aqua Pool, dry sauna-equipped therapy spa, fitness club, and premier golf club. 
Additionally, they responded positively to the support that allows all community facilities to be used without the burden of management and operating costs for two years upon moving in.
A visitor in their 50s said, "Seeing the model of the complex and the gallery, it feels like more than just an apartment, but a work of art," and added, "I especially like that I can enjoy the community immediately upon moving in."
Meanwhile, L'Ell Riverpark Centum is being developed as a large complex with 2,070 units, ranging from 84 to 244 square meters in exclusive area, with a structure from 6 underground floors to a maximum of 67 floors.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 21st, followed by priority subscription on the 22nd and secondary subscription on the 23rd. The announcement of winners is scheduled for the 29th.
