Pet Square, created on an outdoor site of 1150㎡ (about 350 pyeong) on the first floor of the Dongbusan Branch, is prepared as a complex cultural space where you can stay safely and comfortably with your pets, beyond just a walking path.
This place has secured a dedicated route directly connected to the Lotte Outlet store, separating the routes of pet owners and non-pet owners to enhance customer convenience and safety. Additionally, the space is equipped with various facilities such as a dedicated agility facility for dogs, a pergola shelter, a drinking fountain, and a pet etiquette zone.
Lotte Mall Dongbusan Branch has continuously expanded various pet-specialized content in addition to this Pet Square. In 2023, a rooftop pet park was created in the living specialty hall 'Maison Hall', and a special company application was submitted for the operation of a pet-friendly restaurant for the first time in an outlet. They also operate a free rental service for pet strollers 'Petmocha', providing services that consider the shopping convenience of pet-owning customers.
