[Financial News] Education and welfare programs for key personnel of small and medium-sized enterprises and their families will be greatly expanded.
The Small and Medium Venture Business Corporation announced on the 14th that it will operate various educational and welfare support projects, including a '2-night 3-day Native English Camp' for subscribers of Tomorrow Filling Savings and Employee Preferential Savings.
The most notable program is the '2-night 3-day Native English Camp' for elementary school children (grades 3-6). It will be held simultaneously at small and medium-sized enterprise training centers in four regions: Ansan, Jinhae, Gwangju, and Gyeongsan, from the 5th to the 7th of next month.
A digital content-based reading program is also included. Free 3-month subscriptions to 'Millie's Library' and 'Willa' are provided, and unlimited access to over 1,000 online job training courses is available through the 'SSUP e-learning platform'. In addition, an educational voucher worth 100,000 won per person is provided separately.
Welfare benefits are also enhanced. A Korea Tourism Organization partnership coupon providing up to 200,000 won for summer vacation expenses is available and can be used at accommodations and travel destinations nationwide. Rural village experience and relaxation programs and online welfare mall discount benefits are also prepared.
Participation applications can be made on the 'Tomorrow Filling Savings website'. Eligible participants are subscribers of Tomorrow Filling Savings or Employee Preferential Savings. Detailed information can be found in the announcement or through the customer center.
Kang Seok-jin, Chairman of Jungjin Gong, said, "The education and welfare services will increase the practical benefits for subscribers of the Performance Reward Savings and contribute to the long-term retention and capacity building of key personnel in small and medium-sized enterprises," adding, "We will continue to actively expand various programs in the future."
