This complex consists of 4 buildings with a total of 364 households, ranging from 3 to 18 floors above ground, with an exclusive area of 143㎡. According to the company, they have prepared reasonable prices and practical sales conditions compared to the surrounding market prices to reduce the financial burden.
Specifically, half of the sale price is deferred for 2 years, and if paid in full at once, a prepayment discount of up to 39 million won is provided. They also support an interior cost of 100 million won.
