[Financial News] A large apartment complex of about 1500 households will be introduced in Deokgye-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi.
According to the industry on the 14th, Sinyeong will supply 'Gwell Elium Yangju Deokgye Station' at 152 Deokgye-dong, Yangju-si (former Seoul Milk factory site) in August.
This apartment is a large complex of 1595 households, consisting of 10 buildings ranging from 4 underground floors to 39 above-ground floors. It is equipped with a variety of sizes from small to large, ranging from 49 to 122 square meters. Sinyeong plans to incorporate a large amount of its mixed development project know-how, such as 'Brighton Yeouido' and 'Cheongju Gwell City'.
The location of the complex is a 5-minute walk from Deokgye Station on Subway Line 1. Also, Yangju IC, which provides access to the Second Capital Area Circular Expressway, is nearby. In the vicinity, there is the 'Hoecheon Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex' scheduled to be completed by the end of this year, the 'Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley' scheduled for completion by the end of next year, and the Eunam General Industrial Complex scheduled for completion in April 2027. The GTX-C line of the Metropolitan Express Railway is also being promoted with the goal of opening in 2028.
Sinyeong has introduced a 3~4 bay design, which is highly preferred by consumers, in all households, and expanded the options with plate and tower designs. Depending on the type, ample storage spaces such as pantries and dressing rooms are also provided.
Additionally, the community named 'Ground G' will include various facilities such as a guest house, indoor sauna, and individual study rooms. A large green plaza will be created in the center of the complex, and a walking trail will be established within the complex, paying attention to pleasant landscaping. The move-in is scheduled for April 2029.
