'Youth and Newlywed Hope Touch Deposit Interest Support' provides 1% annual interest support on loan balance
The Youth and Newlywed Hope Touch Deposit Interest Support is for non-homeowners registered in Suwon City who have received jeonse or monthly rent deposit loans from financial institutions. It supports 1% annual interest on the loan balance for youth aged 18 to 39 (born between July 12, 1985, and July 11, 2007) and couples within 7 years of marriage registration (married after July 11, 2018).
Youth can receive support of 500,000 won, and newlyweds can receive up to 1,000,000 won, with support available up to three times.
Households that have previously received support must apply again, and a total of 300 households will be supported, including 150 youth households and 150 newlywed households.
The selection criteria for youth are △ unmarried and living alone in a house with an exclusive area of 60㎡ or less in Suwon City △ deposit (jeonse conversion value) of 150,000,000 won or less △ income below 200% of the median income △ net assets of 337,000,000 won or less, and car value of 37,080,000 won or less.
The selection criteria for newlyweds are △ both spouses are non-homeowners △ living in a house with an exclusive area of 85㎡ or less in Suwon City △ deposit (jeonse conversion value) of 350,000,000 won or less △ income below 200% of the median income △ net assets of 337,000,000 won or less, and car value of 37,080,000 won or less.
Applications can be made on the Saebit Talk Talk 'Application Reception' board from the 28th to August 11th.
