Diagnosis and Adjustment of Major Conflicts and Complaints in City Administration, Execution of Citizen Communication and Cooperation Tasks
The Citizen Communication Officer is a position equivalent to grade 5, responsible for diagnosing and adjusting major conflict complaints related to city administration, responding to and managing multiple complaints, online and offline citizen communication, and citizen cooperation projects.
The eligibility criteria require that there be no disqualifications under the Local Public Officials Act, and applicants must meet at least one of the experience or performance requirements set by the city.
The appointment period is 2 years, and it can be extended up to a maximum of 5 years based on work performance.
Applications can be submitted in person or by registered mail to the Yongin City Human Resources Management Department from the 22nd to the 28th, but submissions are not accepted on weekends.
Registered mail is valid only if the postmark arrives by 18:00 on the application deadline, and applicants must notify the person in charge by phone after submission.
The city will conduct an eligibility review (second document review and interview) for candidates who pass the first document screening to confirm their job performance ability, and the final successful candidates will be announced next month.
