[Financial News] Flitto, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) language data, announced on the 14th that it has significantly strengthened its infrastructure to stably collect and process high-quality voice data close to real-use environments by enhancing its voice data collection feature 'Arcade Talking Mission' within its mobile application.
This project is planned based on the demand from global big tech companies, focusing on building high-precision training data optimized for various AI models such as speech recognition (STT), natural language processing (NLP), and object recognition by precisely collecting natural call data between actual users and completing systematic refinement and labeling work.
Flitto's Arcade Talking Mission is designed to conduct conversations using the call function directly within the Flitto app without any external apps or call connections. Free calls are made between users based on pre-set situations and keywords, allowing the acquisition of natural data similar to actual daily life without script-based artificial conversations.
In particular, through this enhancement, Flitto has unified the entire cycle of voice data collection and processing, including △ complete integration of the in-app call function △ situation-based free conversation design △ simplification of participation and establishment of high-quality standards △ construction of submission formats optimized for AI training. Flitto not only collects data but also refines it according to its own quality standards and completes sophisticated labeling work based on meaning to create practical data that can be immediately used for AI model development.
This data is designed to precisely reflect the characteristics and usage environment of each language, initially starting with Korean and Japanese. It plans to expand to various language groups such as Arabic, Malay, Chinese, and English through gradual expansion. The completed voice dataset is supplied to global big tech companies and major research institutions through Flitto's unique quality inspection process.
Jungsoo Lee, CEO of Flitto, said, "The enhancement of the Arcade Talking Mission has great significance in expanding the scope of existing voice data collection methods and establishing a foundation for stably securing natural data reflecting real-use environments," adding, "We will continue to build optimized training data for various languages and situations to contribute to the precision and expansion of the global AI industry's utilization base."
