Osstem Global Completes Headquarters in Songdo, Incheon... Establishes Forward Base for Global No.1 Leap

【Financial News Incheon=Han Gapsu Reporter】 Global dental implant company Osstem Global Co., Ltd. has completed its headquarters in Songdo International City, Incheon.
Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority announced on the 14th that Osstem Global Co., Ltd. (104 Cheomdan-daero, Yeonsu-gu) held a headquarters completion ceremony on the 11th.
Osstem Global Co., Ltd. is a company invested by Osstem Implant Co., Ltd. and foreign dental precision equipment R&D companies including Japan. Construction began in October 2020, and the headquarters was completed with a site area of 22,693㎡ and a total floor area of 99,730㎡ at a cost of approximately 300 billion won.
Osstem Implant is a leader in the global implant industry, ranking first in the domestic dental implant field and third in global sales. The headquarters aims for sales of 10 trillion won by 2036 and is conducting dental equipment business through 37 overseas subsidiaries currently in operation.
The Osstem Global headquarters is planned as an R&D-centered complex to lead the global dental industry. Osstem Global Co., Ltd. plans to utilize the triple tower, consisting of a manufacturing building (EAST, 7 floors), a research building (MID, 8 floors), and an office building (WEST, 16 floors), as a forward base for achieving 'Global No.1 in the dental medical device field'.
The Osstem Global triple tower building will house manufacturing and research facilities for dental imaging equipment such as implant unit chairs, X-ray detectors, panoramas, and CTs, as well as some business divisions of the headquarters and Osstem Global employees. It is expected to create approximately 1,450 jobs by 2030.
Haesung Kim, CEO of Osstem Implant, said, “We are accelerating the expansion of the global market and strengthening digital dentistry (digitization of the entire dental treatment process). We will achieve greater leaps and developments as the center of digital dental platform development.”
Wonseok Yoon, Commissioner of Incheon Economic Agency, said, “Osstem Implant has achieved remarkable growth, leading the dental medical device field and rising to global third place in a short period since its establishment in 1997. We hope to recreate the success story using Songdo as a base, where global companies are establishing an innovation ecosystem.”
