Daewoo E&C, "View of Daemosan, Yangjaecheon, and Tancheon from Gaepo Useong 7th Living Room"... '3-Sided Surround View' Applied

[Financial News] Daewoo E&C, which has entered the reconstruction bidding for 'Gaepo Useong 7th' in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, has now unveiled detailed custom design plans.
On the 14th, Daewoo E&C announced that it would introduce various designs such as '3-Sided Surround View and Low Building Coverage Ratio' to Gaepo Useong 7th, considering the characteristics of nearby Daemosan and Yangjaecheon.
In detail, 'Summit Pranity' is composed of a large complex of 1,130 households arranged in 8 buildings and 2 rows, creating a pleasant complex with a low building coverage ratio. Additionally, the distance between all buildings is evenly widened to maximize balanced arrangement and openness, securing the view as much as possible.
That's not all. The view direction was adjusted to prevent interference with 'Gaepo Hanshin' apartments located to the south of the complex. This is a measure to compensate for one of the biggest drawbacks of multi-family housing, privacy invasion.
Furthermore, the complex will also introduce the '3-Generation Plate-Type Tower' for the first time in Gaepo. Through this, 100% of all households, including general sales, can enjoy a southern exposure and cross-ventilation.
The household composition also reflects the needs of the members. A total of 932 households are designed to exceed the exclusive area of 59㎡. In particular, more than half of the total households, 622 households, are designed with 3 sides open to enjoy the various types of views such as Daemosan, Yangjaecheon, and Tancheon, which are the locational advantages unique to Gaepo Useong 7th. 
The actual usable area was also maximized. The 99㎡ type has the same usable area as the 112㎡ type in the original design plan, maximizing the service area, according to Daewoo E&C.



A company representative emphasized, "We have prepared various design items that accurately reflect the characteristics of the location based on all the experience and know-how accumulated in housing construction and long-term research on the Gaepo Useong 7th project site," adding, "Summit Pranity contains efforts to maximize openness and comfort that cannot be enjoyed in multi-family housing, such as low building coverage ratio compared to competitors and maximum securing of 3-sided surround view."
