[Financial News] Shinbo (Shin Yong Bo Jeung Gi Geum) announced on the 14th that it will operate 'Heat Shelters' at 110 branches nationwide, including the main branch in Daegu, to provide a resting space for citizens exhausted by the heatwave.
Shinbo will open customer waiting rooms and other areas within the branches as resting spaces to escape the heat from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM on this day, and plans to operate them continuously until the end of the heatwave.
The Heat Shelters are well-equipped with air conditioning, seating for rest, and other amenities, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment for visitors, and can be used freely by anyone regardless of Shinbo business.
A Shinbo representative said, "As this year continues with record heatwaves, we hope that anyone can visit Shin Yong Bo Jeung Gi Geum without burden to take a short rest," adding, "In the future, Shinbo will fulfill its social responsibility as a public institution for disaster response and public safety."
