Daewoo E&C Selected as Contractor for Cheonho-dong Redevelopment... Leading the Spread of Luxury Residential Culture

[Financial News] Daewoo E&C announced on the 13th that it has been selected as the contractor for the redevelopment project in the area of 532-2 Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
This project involves the construction of eight apartment buildings with a total of 582 households and auxiliary welfare facilities on a site of 24,000㎡, with a scale of 4 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors. The total construction cost is 245.3 billion won.
Daewoo E&C proposed the name 'Proud Hill Prugio' for the redevelopment project in the area of 532-2 Cheonho-dong. It signifies the intention to build a residential masterpiece that adds supreme value to the best location in Gangdong.
Proud Hill Prugio will feature the first sky community in the Cheonho area at a height of 70m. Additionally, a food waste transfer facility will be established within the households to maximize the comfort and convenience of the residential environment.
Meanwhile, Daewoo E&C is continuously expanding its differentiated luxury residential culture by recently introducing the renewed 'SUMMIT' brand in collaboration with global architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte in the Gaepo Useong 7th Reconstruction Project.
