[Financial News] HLB received the Prime Minister's Commendation in the group category at the 14th Population Day event hosted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare on the 11th.
According to the industry on the 12th, the Ministry of Health and Welfare designates July 11th every year as 'Population Day' and awards individuals and groups with significant contributions to overcoming low birth rates and responding to aging. To this end, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has selected awardees through a rigorous process involving public verification of candidates and a merit review committee with private experts for about two months since last May.

HLB is improving male participation in childcare through the creation of a flexible and autonomous working environment and is introducing a family-friendly workplace culture that balances work and family. HLB is achieving improvements in the welfare system through the operation of a junior board composed of employees from staff to manager level, and it is characterized by high employee satisfaction.
