[Financial News] Kim Gye-ri, the lawyer representing former President Yoon Seok-yeol, criticized the Special Prosecutor Team for the death of Marine Corps member Lee Myung-hyun for searching and seizing Yoon's residence, saying "Let's stop the show."

Lawyer Kim stated on the 11th on his social network service (SNS) about the search and seizure of former President Yoon's residence at Acro Vista in Seocho-dong by the Marine Corps Special Prosecutor Team, criticizing the team for "double standards."

Lawyer Kim said, "I am really curious about the fact that former President Yoon is accused of abuse of power due to anger related to Private Chae, and if it is a crime, he would have done it at the official residence in Hannam-dong or the office in Yongsan when he was in office, not at the Acro Vista residence in Seocho-dong after being dismissed."

He also said, "Do you write anger on paper, where is the evidence of anger that you conduct a search and seizure," expressing frustration, "The person is currently in Seoul Detention Center, what is there at Acro Vista that you conduct a search and seizure?"

He continued, "Let's stop the show," and argued, "It's absurd that the court issues warrants like a vending machine for this. Didn't you criticize political prosecutors and say you would abolish the prosecution?"

Lawyer Kim asked, "If you suffer, it's a political prosecutor, so the prosecution should be abolished, but if the special prosecutor does it, is it well done?" and criticized both the ruling party and the special prosecutor for "double standards."
