[Financial News] T'way Air conducted a special lecture on aviation careers as part of an educational donation activity for middle school students at the National Aviation Museum in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, on the 11th.
This program is a public-private partnership educational volunteer program for about 30 students from Magok Haneui Middle School. It was organized to support youth career exploration and enhance understanding of the aviation industry, hosted by the National Aviation Museum with participation from T'way Air.
T'way Air's current cabin crew members provided an introduction to the overall aviation industry, as well as candid insights into real-life experiences, roles by job type, and necessary competencies. Through this, students gained a deeper understanding of various jobs in the aviation industry and had valuable time that provided practical help in setting their future career paths.
In particular, the program included interactive communication centered on quizzes and Q&A to encourage active participation from students. It received high responses from students during the lecture. The vivid experiences and realistic advice from current aviation industry professionals offered practical direction to the career concerns of the youth, eliciting positive reactions.
T'way Air has been continuing various social contribution activities, such as the 'Aviation Concert with the Museum' in 2024, to enhance understanding of the aviation industry and realize social value after signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the National Aviation Museum in 2023.
A representative from T'way Air said, "We hope that students who are contemplating their career paths had a beneficial time through this aviation career experience education," and added, "T'way Air will continue to strive to fulfill corporate social responsibility through participation in various fields of society."
