[Financial News] KB Securities announced on the 11th that it has newly opened the 'Quick View' screen, a stock information service for overseas exchange-traded fund (ETF) investors, on its mobile trading system (MTS) 'KB M-able (M-able)'.
The newly established 'Quick View' screen is designed to provide core information of overseas ETFs on a single screen, thereby enhancing investors' understanding of ETFs overall and enabling them to secure faster and more accurate investment insights. It is characterized by the fact that anyone from novice investors with little ETF investment experience to those who strategically utilize ETFs can use it intuitively.
The 'Quick View' screen is largely composed of five areas. First, the basic information area provides key information about the ETF, such as company overview, market price, and dividend information. Next, in the performance area, it is possible to analyze relative performance by comparing the performance of the relevant stock with other ETFs.
In addition, in the portfolio area, detailed portfolio information such as the constituent stocks of the ETF, and the proportion of investment assets by country and asset type are visualized to help understand the strategic nature of the ETF. Furthermore, in the related strategy and theme area, strategy and theme information related to the ETF is provided to support the exploration of ETF stocks that match the investor's interests or investment perspective.
Finally, in the same benchmark and classification area, ETFs that track the same index as the relevant stock or belong to the same classification are presented together to help discover alternative investment stocks.
With this revision, 'KB M-able' app users can immediately use the 'Quick View' function on the current price screen of overseas ETFs, and KB Securities plans to continue improving functions and services based on customer feedback in the future.
Heejae Son, Head of Digital Group at KB Securities, said, "The demand for investment in overseas ETFs has been steadily increasing, but there have been many cases where practical investment decisions were difficult due to dispersed information," and explained, "The purpose of this 'Quick View' service is to significantly improve access to overseas ETF information, thereby providing practical help to customers' investment decisions."
Financial investment products may result in a loss of investment principal (partial or total) due to changes in asset prices, exchange rate fluctuations, and credit rating downgrades, which are borne by the investor.
