[Financial News] Kim Jong-hyun, CEO of business data platform company Kukon, announced on the 11th that he participated in the 'Population Issue Awareness Improvement Relay Campaign' jointly organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Health and Welfare Human Resources Institute.
This campaign is conducted in a relay format to raise public interest in the worsening population problem and to bring about a change in perception across society.
Kukon operates various welfare programs to improve the quality of life of its employees based on its management philosophy of being a 'company where employees are happy'. It provides in-house resort facilities in major domestic areas such as Sokcho, Cheongpyeong, Yangyang, and Jeju, so that employees and their families can relax comfortably.
In addition, it operates a workplace daycare center 'We Child' near its headquarters to practically alleviate the childcare burden of employees, providing detailed welfare benefits such as supporting half of the daycare event and essential expenses.
CEO Kim Jong-hyun said, "I hope that this campaign will further spread the social consensus on the importance of population issues," and "I will continue to do my best to create a corporate culture where employees and their families can be happy."
CEO Kim Jong-hyun participated in this campaign upon the nomination of Kim Ji-tae, CEO of InsureTech company Igenet, and nominated Bizplay CEO Kim Hong-gi and Madras Check CEO Lee Hak-jun as the next participants to continue the campaign's significance.
Meanwhile, Kukon is expected to play a key role in the stablecoin ecosystem by providing QR-based real-time payment and withdrawal services using its infrastructure of over 2 million offline merchants and more than 40,000 ATMs nationwide.
