Hanpass Signs MOU with Fortytwo Maru for AI-based Foreign Service Enhancement

[Financial News] Global fintech company Hanpass announced on the 11th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AI specialist company Fortytwo Maru to enhance AI services for foreigners.
Through this agreement, the two companies will officially embark on enhancing AI-based customer centers. Hanpass plans to integrate Fortytwo Maru's 'LLM42' technology into its customer response system to improve inquiry response accuracy and processing speed. The goal is to enhance consultation quality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
They will also jointly develop a lifestyle portal service for foreigners. This portal will be a platform that provides integrated lifestyle information, finance, and public services for foreign customers, with both companies collaborating from planning to operation. They plan to continue a close partnership in service commercialization, marketing, and operational strategies in the future.
