[Financial News] SM Group's construction division affiliate Samra announced that it will open the model house for 'Cluster Yongin Gyeongnam Honorsville', located in Yangji District, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, on the 11th.
Cluster Yongin Gyeongnam Honorsville will be developed with 13 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 123㎡, totaling 997 households, in Yangji-ri, Yangji-myeon, Cheoin-gu. As the first medium-large apartment supplied in Yangji District, it is expected to form a large-scale 'Honorsville' brand town with a total of 2161 households, including the previously established 1164-unit 'Yongin Gyeongnam Honorsville Descent'.
In particular, it is being evaluated as a beneficiary complex of the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster, which is being developed 10 minutes away by car, attracting significant market interest. The expected move-in period coincides with the completion of the first phase fab (semiconductor production plant) of SK Hynix's Yongin Semiconductor Cluster, which broke ground last February, promising abundant demand.
The excellent accessibility utilizing the extensive transportation network is also noteworthy.
