Hyundai Construction Technology Education Center, Recruiting Trainees for 'Employment Completion Academy' for the Second Half

[Financial News] Hyundai Construction Technology Education Center announced on the 11th that it is recruiting technology trainees for the 'Employment Completion Academy' to cultivate global technical talents in the construction industry.
The recruitment of technology trainees for the second half of 2025 consists of a total of 10 courses. First, △Plant Electrical & Instrumentation Practice △Construction Quality Management △Construction Project Management 3 job courses are recruited until August 31, and △Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry △Smart City 2 job courses are recruited from July 28 to September 28. The recruitment period for △Smart Plant △Smart Safety △Electrical Facility Construction Practice △BIM Construction Management △Construction Process Project Management 5 job courses is from September 29 to November 30. Each course offers customized construction practical training for 4 to 7 months.
'Employment Completion Academy' is a course at Hyundai Construction Technology Education Center for nurturing specialized manpower in the construction industry. It supports the employment of students through an optimized job curriculum that can be immediately performed on construction sites and an industry network. All courses are conducted as national period and strategic industries (government-funded) with full support for tuition, practice materials, textbooks, etc., and the target audience is students who can use the National Tomorrow Learning Card. Selected trainees through the screening process also receive a certain amount of training incentives.
Graduates can receive preferential benefits when hired by Hyundai Construction and Hyundai Engineering, as well as support for employment linkage with comprehensive construction companies and partner companies. According to Employment24, among the 444 graduates of Hyundai Construction Technology Education Center in 2024, 356 succeeded in finding employment, achieving an employment rate of 80%. Graduates hired by Hyundai Construction are working not only in Korea but also at overseas sites such as Bulgaria and Qatar.
Support for 'Employment Completion Academy' is available through the Hyundai Construction Technology Education Center website, and detailed guidance can be received through online briefings on the official YouTube channel every Wednesday.
A Hyundai Construction official said, "The Employment Completion Academy is a specialized platform that practically supports career transition and employment success of trainees beyond simple construction practical training," adding, "We expect active participation from applicants who will lead the future construction industry based on a systematic curriculum reflecting the latest construction technology and industry network."
Meanwhile, since its opening in 1977, Hyundai Construction Technology Education Center has produced about 39,000 construction personnel based on its differentiated education operation know-how centered on the field. It is recognized for its contribution to nurturing talents, being selected as the only construction specialized manpower training institution among domestic construction companies, receiving the '5-year Certification Excellent Training Institution' from the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and winning the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Minister of Employment and Labor awards twice.
