[Financial News] IBK Bank's startup nurturing platform, IBK Changgong, announced on the 11th that it has finally selected 106 innovative startups for the second half of 2025 and will begin supporting the full-scale startup nurturing program.
This second half includes the existing locations in Mapo, Guro, Busan, Daejeon, Gwangju, and UNIST Camp, along with the newly opened IBK Changgong Daegu, totaling 7 bases where 106 innovative startups have been selected.
The selected companies include startups leading advanced technologies and the latest trends, such as eco-friendly plasma coating process technology, quant investment solutions, and thin-film solar cells for aerospace.
IBK Changgong will operate an intensive nurturing program for about 5 months to ensure the practical growth of the selected companies. Through precise diagnostics by expert groups, they will establish customized growth strategies for each company and provide close support such as one-on-one dedicated mentoring, commercialization consulting, and IR pitching education.
Additionally, they plan to provide comprehensive support for the growth stages of startups through investment and financing support via IBK Financial Group, investment linkage with domestic and international venture capital, collaboration and market development support through open innovation with large and medium-sized companies, and global expansion through overseas desk linkage.
An IBK Bank representative stated, "The selected companies have excellent technology and marketability in their respective fields," adding, "We will strive for not only quantitative growth but also qualitative growth of IBK Changgong companies."
Since its launch in 2017, IBK Changgong has been supporting the practical growth of startups, with many graduating companies achieving significant results such as large-scale investment attraction, global market entry, and IPO.
