[Financial News] Korea Real Estate Board announced on the 11th that it has reacquired the 'Disaster Reduction Excellent Company' certification hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
The Disaster Reduction Excellent Company certification system evaluates a company's ability to secure the continuity of core operations and rapid recovery capabilities in the event of a disaster.
The Real Estate Board first received certification in 2021. Since then, it has continuously refined its disaster response system, including △enhancing disaster reduction activity plans △strengthening crisis response drills and education for all employees, including resident partners △establishing a real-time one-click response system, receiving high evaluations in this recertification.
The Real Estate Board has an extensive operational system based on over 30 business sites nationwide. It operates numerous key public infrastructure services closely related to people's lives, such as the subscription system and real estate transaction management system.
Director Son Tae-rak stated, "In an environment where cyber threats and complex disasters are constant, securing information security and service continuity for public institutions is essential for public trust," and added, "We will continue to enhance our crisis response system to provide safe and uninterrupted real estate services."
