[Financial News] Starbucks Korea announced on the 11th that it will expand the performance program 'Starlight Live' for young artists nationwide.
Starbucks has been operating various programs since 2018, such as special performances for cultural and artistic talents, Starlight Stories, and Star Stage, allowing customers to experience cultural performances in their daily lives.
Among these, Starlight Live is a youth cultural and artistic talent support project that Starbucks has been conducting since 2023 in collaboration with the Arts Council Korea and InTheCave to provide performance opportunities to young artists who lost stage opportunities in the performance culture that was contracted after COVID-19.
This performance will be held at 11 stores nationwide, including The Bukhan River R, Pohang Hwajin Beach, Gangneung Jumunjin, and Busan UN Park.
In addition, Gyeongdong1960, where a separate performance stage is set up, is considered a symbolic hub space for Starlight Live and holds regular performances once a month throughout the year.
Starlight Live will be held a total of 42 times, once a week, until March next year. On the 13th, you can enjoy the performance of the acoustic guitar duo 'Special Reason' at Starbucks Daejeon Yongun.
A Starbucks representative said, "We will continue to carry out various social contribution activities where young artists can showcase their talents."
