Megazone Cloud Builds Generative AI Chatbot for Purego BioLogics

[Financial News] Megazone Cloud announced on the 11th that it has successfully completed a generative artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot construction project for Purego BioLogics, a company specializing in dental biomaterials.
This project is the first case of introducing a generative AI chatbot in the domestic dental biomaterials industry. It is characterized by its ability to provide not only text but also image and video responses. Megazone Cloud built the chatbot over approximately two months based on its own AI platform, 'Megazone AIR Studio'. Megazone AIR is an AI integrated brand that consolidates AI technology and construction experience owned by Megazone Cloud. It encompasses consulting, construction, and operation services necessary for the introduction of generative AI.
Purego BioLogics develops and supplies various biomaterials, focusing on products that require advanced technology used in specialized medical fields such as dentistry.
Megazone Cloud simultaneously built a product consultation chatbot for external customers and an internal work support chatbot for internal employees. Both chatbots were designed based on generative AI technology to enhance information accessibility and response quality for customers and employees, respectively.
Megazone Cloud refines and structures vast product manuals, clinical data, world-class academic journal SCI-level papers, sales field FAQs, and actual clinical cases owned by Purego BioLogics. This data is processed into a form optimized for AI learning to establish an AI-Ready Data Foundation. It is a foundation that allows real-time reliable data to be secured and connected for AI utilization.
Based on this, Megazone Cloud introduced an Amazon Bedrock-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system to implement a high-precision chatbot environment that combines real-time document search and response generation. Additionally, a customized preprocessing process optimized for the product characteristics of Purego BioLogics was applied to maximize the accuracy and quality of responses.
Considering that visual explanations are often important for Purego BioLogics products, the chatbot is equipped with a function to provide visual information such as product images or clinical videos. Users can intuitively check actual cases or product structures in addition to text, improving understanding and consultation efficiency.
Furthermore, to securely manage sensitive medical data, Megazone Cloud prioritized security from the chatbot design stage. Visual materials are provided through temporary links that can only be opened for a certain period, preventing unauthorized access. A shortened internet address (URL) was applied to improve response speed and user convenience.
