Sojin Gong opens Northern Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters in Uijeongbu

[Financial News] The Small Enterprise and Market Service has teamed up with KB Kookmin Bank to establish a support base for small businesses in the northern Gyeonggi region.
Sojin Gong announced on the 10th that it officially opened the 'Northern Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters' in Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province.
The regional headquarters is located on the 4th floor of the Kookmin Bank Uijeongbu Central Comprehensive Financial Center. It is the first case established on the basis of public-private collaboration by reconfiguring KB Kookmin Bank's unused branches.
Through this opening, Sojin Gong will begin providing tailored regional support to approximately 860,000 small businesses in 14 cities and counties (Uijeongbu, Bucheon, Goyang, Gimpo, etc.) in the northern Gyeonggi and western coastal areas. The region has a population of 5.6 million and distinct geographical and industrial characteristics, necessitating close support focused on the field.
The Northern Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters will serve as a wide-area cooperation platform. It plans to effectively connect policy resources by strengthening horizontal links with local governments, related organizations, and private networks.
Within the regional headquarters, KB Kookmin Bank's 'SOHO Consulting Center' will also be operated. Visiting small business owners can receive one-stop professional management consulting from Kookmin Bank, including various support projects from Sojin Gong, location analysis, financial consultation, tax and legal advice, and marketing strategy development.
Park Seong-hyo, chairman of Sojin Gong, stated, "The opening of the Northern Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters is a meaningful case of establishing a foundation for symbiosis where the public and private sectors support small businesses together," adding, "We will continue to strengthen the close support system tailored to regional characteristics and demand to implement effective policies."
Sojin Gong and KB Kookmin Bank plan to expand this financial symbiosis model to other regions, starting with this collaboration.
