Lotte Homeshopping, Awarded Presidential Commendation for Excellence in Gender Equality in Employment

Lotte Homeshopping announced on the 29th that it was the first in the industry to receive the Presidential Commendation for excellence in the field of gender equality in employment.

Lotte Homeshopping explained that it was highly evaluated for its customized welfare system for employees by life cycle, performance-oriented personnel management, creation of a work environment where pregnant women can work with peace of mind, and differentiated childcare support policies.

Lotte Homeshopping has achieved results in gender equality in employment policies, such as a 100% usage rate of paternity leave introduced in 2017, and as of last year, the proportion of women among middle managers (responsible) reached half, according to a fair promotion and performance evaluation system.
