From the 28th to the 29th, at Seoul Plaza in Jung-gu, Seoul, Bae Yujin, the Snack BM Team Leader at Haitai Confectionery, who participated in the '2025 Seoul Food Distribution Fair', stated, "The Honey Butter Chip Castle, launched to meet the growing dessert demand among the 2030 generation, received favorable reviews on-site, which is satisfying."

He added, "We anticipated 130 boxes, 2080 pieces for the two-day event, but it was far from enough," and "We plan to prepare more ample quantities for next year's event to provide to customers." The Honey Butter Chip Castle is a newly reinterpreted product of the previously hit Honey Butter Chip by Haitai Confectionery. It is characterized by a 'Castle Cut', a right-angle cutting shape, with a large amount of seasoning added between the grooves compared to the original product.

Haitai Confectionery also featured the 'Honey Butter Chip Castle', launched last month, as a major exhibition product at the 2025 Seoul Food Distribution Fair. It is a new product that transforms the Honey Butter Chip into a garlic bread-flavored dessert concept. Among dozens of participating companies, the Haitai Confectionery booth stood out with long waiting lines.

At the event venue that day, a prize event was held where Honey Butter Chip Castle was given away. A random draw was selected from a board labeled 'Honey Butter Chip CASTLE', and prizes were awarded according to the rank written on the draw. Team Leader Bae said, "We held a small event where participants created an acrostic poem with 'Honey Castle' just before choosing the draw, and thanks to those who participated actively despite feeling shy, the prize event was a success."
