HD Hyundai, Military Hiring Fair at International Maritime Defense Industry Exhibition

HD Hyundai announced that it will hold a hiring fair for former military personnel at the International Maritime Defense Industry Exhibition (MADEX) on the 2nd floor of BEXCO in Haeundae-gu, Busan, for two days starting from the 29th. The event is organized by HD Hyundai's shipbuilding affiliates: HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, HD Hyundai Mipo, HD Hyundai Samho, and HD Hyundai Marine Solutions.

HD Hyundai's current department managers and HR team staff will conduct one-on-one recruitment consultations. They plan to match job seekers' roles performed in the military with desired positions to design the optimal career path and propose future career directions. The event venue will feature military-themed events and photo walls, and souvenirs will be given out.

An HD Hyundai representative stated, "We will actively recruit military personnel who have dedicated themselves to the nation and will explore various ways to contribute to the military."

Previously, HD Hyundai sent a special barbecue meal for 300 people to naval ROTC candidates undergoing winter training at the Naval Education Command in Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam, last January. In January 2023, they sent 12 coffee trucks to the Army Cadet Military School in Goesan-gun, Chungbuk, where over 3,000 Army ROTC members were undergoing winter training, as a gesture of encouragement.
