Various developments are significantly changing the area around Pyeongtaek Station on Subway Line 1, where a landmark complex symbolizing Pyeongtaek is being sold. This complex consists of 784 units ranging from 84㎡ to 134㎡ (including penthouses) and 50 officetel units ranging from 113㎡ to 118㎡, across a total of 4 buildings. Anyone over the age of 19 can contract regardless of residence area, subscription account, or home ownership.
For the first time in Pyeongtaek, hotel-grade concierge services such as resident secretary services, home meal delivery, visit car wash, life care, pet care, and parcel reservation will be introduced. As a station area complex within walking distance to Pyeongtaek Station, it is easy to use Line 1, SRT, and the Suwon KTX (scheduled to open in 2025) from Pyeongtaek Jije Station, which is one stop away.
If the GTX-A and GTX-C lines are extended, it will be possible to travel to Gangnam, Seoul in about 30 minutes, and the bus stop in front of the complex has over 40 city bus routes, making public transportation convenient. In front of the complex, there are well-equipped living infrastructures such as Tongbok Market, the central commercial district around Pyeongtaek Station, AK Plaza, and CGV. There are also abundant natural green spaces such as Tongbokcheon Riverside Park and the planned Sunset Ecological Culture Park. Through Jongno M School, which is confirmed to be located within the complex, residents' children will receive one year of free education and an additional one year with a 50% discount.
